Note: I have removed identification markers and redesigned this wireframe specifically for my portfolio.

Card sorting was used to define user requirements for navigation and filter categories.

The design inspiration for navigation/filter toolbar, is from a food delivery app layout where the user chooses 'flavour' and 'toppings'.

Following the food theme, the design inspiration for the carousel component is from recipe index cards. The labels visually emphasize the titles of the activities, which makes it easy to quickly move and scan through them.

The bottom section that shows some of the featured selections in one category, has a different information layout that opens up when the user goes the route of clicking on "Open and Set the Scene".

Having different routes to find content and also different displays while searching and filtering through activities was key for this project.
