Illustration

My passion for design is truly well-rounded, or rather I should say - it is my passion for communication, where I utilize a variety of mediums.

At some point in my career journey, that passion drove me to pick up a digital pen and learn Adobe Illustrator.

Since then, it became a hobby of its own.

Believe it or not, but this is my very first ever illustration!

Yes, I have followed a tutorial but with a humble brag I would say - it is not bad for the first time.

Illustrations below are designs for physical products such as phone cases and candles.

Under each design, you can see its practical real world application.

All these designs are on sale on Etsy.

__________

Illustration below is for a custom Teams call background.

It draws on the actual office set up and brand colours to make it familiar and easily recognizable.

The other more interesting elements include:

  • the window view that features Vancouver skyline

  • the clock that instead of showing the time, features the timezone.
I have created variations of this background for different locations.

__________

And then there is this festive Miro board with every item also created in Adobe Illustrator.

Festivities don't end here.

Halloween edition.

Why not quickly learn Adobe After Effects and make them move?

Motion Graphics

This isn't my one and only rodeo with Adobe AE.

Check out this case study where I implemented my After Effects skills to produce a promotional marketing video for a digital B2B product.

I also have experience of animating different UI components.
